Road Construction Works in Antwerp

Construction work near Kolonel Silvertopstraat
From February 21st until March 10th near Kolonel Silvertopstraat the exit ramp for traffic coming from Brussels and the entrance ramp for Gent-bound traffic will be closed.

From February 22nd until March 7th traffic coming from the E17 highway will be directed via a bypass to the A12-south. From February 21st for the next two weeks only one lane will remain open on the connection point of the Gent bound Ring (direction 1) with the E313/E34.

Road Construction Works in Antwerp

Ring: Start of second series of main construction works on March 26th
Starting on March 26th through-traffic and Haven-bound traffic will go via the Ring, and local Antwerpen-bound traffic will go via the Singel. Some preparatory works aiming at guaranteeing traffic flow and accessibility of all zones in Antwerp has already begun.

Ring, Gent-bound: From Monday February 14th the exit Borgerhout will be closed for a month. If this is your exit, get off the Ring either at exit Merksem (#1) or at exit Berchem (#4).

Ring, Netherlands-bound: From Monday night February 14th until Friday morning February 18th a mobile wharf will be set up, blocking the two left-most lanes between 9PM and 6AM.

Singel, north-bound: On February 16th construction starts on a third lane between Plantin en Moretuslei (Plantinpoort) and the E313/E34 ramp (Turnhoutsepoort). Between 9AM and 3PM traffic wll go over a single lane. This construction should finish end of March.
